Matter is heard in presence of learned advocates representing petitioner, respondent no.7 and State respondents. 2. Mr. Bhattacharya, learned Additional Advocate General representing State respondents raises point of maintainability of this writ petition in view of order passed by this Court on 24th March, 2026 on writ petition being WPA 23538 of 2025. Copy of order dated 24th March, 2026 passed on WPA 23538 of 2025 is placed before this Court and same is taken on record. 3. Learned advocate representing respondent no.7 submits that present petitioner filed another writ petition being WPA 11576 of 2026 which was dismissed for default vide order dated 17th June, 2026passed by this Court. Copy of order dated 17th June, 2026 is placed before this Court and same is also taken on record. 4. In view of dismissal of aforesaid two writ petitions on the ground of default which were instituted by same petitioner and as it is submitted on behalf of respondent no. 7 that those two writ petitions were touching upon similar issue, present writ petition being third one is not maintainable. 5. Hence, present writ petition is dismissed. 6. However, petitioner is required to take steps for revival of previous writ petitions since those were dismissed for default. 7.
