This application has been preferred by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 01.12.2023 passed in W.P. (C) No.83 of 2023. The modification which has been sought for is with respect to the Khesra Number as well as the area as mentioned in the said order. 3. It has been submitted that Khesra No.5989/6594 has been mentioned as Khesra No.5989 whereas the area of 1.085 acres has been mentioned as 1.85 acres. 4. Accordingly, in view of the averments made in the instant application, the order dated 01.12.2023 passed in W.P. (C) No.83 of 2023 is modified to the extent that wherever Khesra No.5989 is mentioned, the same shall now be read as Khesra No.5989/6594 and wherever the area 1.85 acres is mentioned, the same shall now be read as 1.085 acres. 5.
