When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that patta has already been issued to the petitioner and hence, he sought to close this Writ Petition. He further submitted that as per the order dated 19.06.2026, the third and fourth respondents viz., Mr.S.Shashi Kumar, Tahsildar, Rasipuram and Mrs.V.Shanthi, Revenue Division Officer, Namakkal Division, appeared before this Court and hence, their presence may be dispensed with. 3.
