Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the appeal itself has been decided by the Divisional Commissioner, Ajmer, on 27.10.2025. Taking note of the aforesaid fact, the challenge made to the interim order dated 09.10.2024 does not survive in the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
