According to him, a Government Order was issued by State of Uttarakhand on 25.10.2013, providing that cadre of Urdu Translators and Junior Clerks are separate cadres. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that said Government Order is not being implemented by the authorities of Rural Development Department. Thus feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court, seeking a direction to the authorities to implement Government Order. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made representation, highlighting his grievance before the competent authority which is still pending. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that if decision on the representation has already not been taken, same shall be taken expeditiously. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed 2026:UHC:3206 of by directing Commissioner, Rural Development, District Pauri to consider the representation made by petitioner on 15.01.2026 and pass appropriate order as per law, within three months from date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
