Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued on the merits of the matter and submits that an order of status quo may be passed against the husband from cohabiting another marriage. The trial Court has only issued suit summons, and the matter is coming up on 15.10.2026. Hence, this Court is not inclined to pass any order.
