At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petition prayer is totally covered by the judgment of this Court in Crl.P.No.102463/2018 and facts found there in is akin to the facts involved in the present case. 3. Learned Additional State Public Prosecutor did not dispute the said aspect of the matter. Except one distinction that in Crl.P.No.102463/2018, the petitioner is a complainant who is an individual and in the case on hand, complainant is a partnership firm. 4.
