Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner substantively holding the post of Safai Karamchari in Municipality Office, Todaraisingh, District-Tonk. He was placed under suspension vide order dated 15.05.2023 in exercise of Rule 13 of Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1958. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the grievance of the petitioner is that although initially subsistence allowance was paid to the petitioner during suspension period, however, since April, 2024, subsistence allowance has not been paid to the petitioner, which is causing grave prejudice to the [2026:RJ-JP:9370] (2 of 2) [CW-3959/2026] petitioner as he and his family are striving hard even for daily bread and butter. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner be given liberty to make a representation before the respondents for seeking redressal of his grievances. 4. In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to make a representation before respondent No.3, who shall consider and decide the representation by a speaking order within a period of 30 days from the receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case. 6. Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of. (ANAND SHARMA),J DAKSH/45
