G SRINIVASULA REDDY The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE V.SUJATHA WRIT PETITION NO: 11564 OF 2018 ORDER:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “….to issue order or orders, direction or directions, Writ or Writs particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus declaring the Impugned Order, vide Appeal Case No. D.Dis.A/4491/2016 dt. 24.11.2017 passed by 3rd Respondent, is not maintainable and without jurisdiction, illegal, and violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India by directing the Respondents not to dispossess the Petitioner from the assigned land to the extent of Ac.3.67 cents in Sy.No.521 of Ayanamukkula Village, Dornala Manclal, Prakasam District as the unofficial Respondent is being Land lord, having Ac.17.10 cents of land other than Petitioner's land in the interest of justice…” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner after arguing at length, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Joint Collector by way of an Appeal. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Joint Collector by way of an Appeal. There shall be no order as to costs.
