Rakesh Kainthla, Judge (Oral) Status report stands filed and the same is taken on record. It has been asserted in the status report that no recovery is to be effected from the petitioner. 2. In view of the submission as well as nature of the offence, the petition is allowed and petitioner is ordered to be released on pre-arrest bail in F.I.R. No. 95 of 2023, dated 14.06.2023, registered for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 120-B of IPC subject to her furnishing of personal bond in the sum of of ₹50,000/- with one 2 surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer subject to following conditions:- 1. The petitioner will join the investigation and when directed to do so. 2 The petitioner will not intimidate the witnesses nor will she influence any evidence in any manner whatsoever. 3. The petitioner will not leave the present address for a continuous period of seven days without furnishing the address of the intended visit to the SHO of the concerned police station and the Court. 4. The petitioner will surrender her passport, if any, to the Court; and 5. The petitioner will furnish her mobile number and social media contact to the Police and will abide by the summons/notices received from the Police/ Court through SMS/WhatsApp/ Social Media Account. In case of any change in the mobile number or social media accounts, the same will be intimated to the Police/Court within five days from the date of the change. 3. It is expressly made clear that in case of violation of any of these conditions, the prosecution will have the right to file a petition for cancellation of her bail. 4.
