Agrawal Order On Board 27.03 .2026 1. Heard. 2. The departmental appeal preferred by the petitioner has been rejected by a non-speaking order without assigning any reasons. It is further submitted that the said order has been passed in violation of the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 03.10.2019 in WPS No.8081/2019, wherein a specific time limit was prescribed for deciding the appeal, and thus, the impugned order is arbitrary, illegal, and liable to be set aside. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the departmental enquiry is pending since 08.06.2020 and has not yet been concluded. It is, therefore, prayed that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to conclude the said enquiry within such period as may be fixed by this Court. 4. No objection raised from the other side. 5. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent–State to conclude the pending departmental enquiry, which has remained pending since 08.06.2020, within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3 6.
