Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for State. 3. The Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 12.03.2026 passed by the Sub-Collector, Kaptipada in OLR Case No.7 of 2022 directing restoration of land in question on the ground of violation of Section 23-A of OLR Act. 4. It is submitted that the Petitioner, who is a lis pendens purchaser was not impleaded as a party. Even then, this Court is of the view, that the Petitioner can challenge the order by filing an appeal before the appropriate Authority. 5. Since alternative remedy is available, the Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the Petitioner to prefer appeal before the appropriate authority within two weeks from today. 6. If such appeal is preferred within the stipulated period along with application seeking appropriate interim relief, the same shall Gadadhara Sahu @ Godadhar & Another .… Petitioner Ms. A.
