Though the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, but regard being had to the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2025, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi in connection with Ranchi Sadar P.S.
