RT. No.646 Dt.15.11.2024 issued by the Panchuath Raj and Rural Development (RD.II) Department and in violation of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 and rules framed there under and further offends Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and Consequently direct respondent to release SDF and withheld (EMD and FSD) bill amounts of Rs.

ORDER:
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not releasing SDF and withheld (EMD and FSD) bill amounts and withheld amounts of Rs.10,38,853/- to the works executed towards matching grant of MGNREGS and SDF grant despite successfully supplying the material for constructions of CC roads to internal roads in Singannagudem, H/o.Rangannagudem village, Bapulapadu Mandal, Krishna District and completing the work by January, 2019 and keeping pending for more than 5 years without any valid reasons as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to release the said amount with interest.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
