1. The petitioner has filed the present writ application challenging the repudiation of the claim of the minor daughter of the petitioner by the respondent no. 1 vide communication dated September 13, 2026 and September 14, 2026.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the minor daughter of the petitioner has been shifted from Neotia Bhagirathi Woman and Child Care Centre to Apollo Multi Speciality Hospitals, Kolkata.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1 submits that now the patient has been shifted from the Neotia Bhagirathi Woman and Child Care Centre to Apollo Multi Speciality Hospitals, Kolkata and if the Apollo Multi Speciality Hospitals will provide the running case summary of the patient, the respondent no. 1 considered the request of the petitioner with regard to
2 cashless claim of the treatment of the petitioner’s minor daughter as per the terms and conditions of the policy and the respondent no. 1 take appropriate decision in accordance with law after providing running case summary of the patient by the present hospital wherein the patient is getting the treatment.

In view of the above, this Court finds that the respondent no. 1 requires the documents from the present hospital wherein the patient is getting the treatment and accordingly, the present hospital that is the Apollo Multi Speciality Hospitals is directed to transmit all medical documents including running case summary to the respondent no. 1 and once the respondent no. 1 received the documents from the Apollo Multi Speciality Hospitals with regard to the treatment of the daughter of the petitioner, the respondent no. 1 shall released cashless claim of the treatment of the daughter of the petitioner as per the entitlement under the policy.
5. WPA 26502 of 2026 is disposed of.
6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
