1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition with following prayers:-
“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that your lordship may be pleased to allow this writ petition and (a) By an appropriate order or direction, the respondents are directed to give pay and perks to the petitioners equivalent to the other similar candidates selected for the post of pharmacist through the same selection process. (b) By appropriate order or direction, the respondent be directed to make the petitioners' appointment notionally from the date, appointments given to candidates from the same selection process.
[2026:RJ-JP:9692] (2 of 3) [CW-7434/2025] (c) By appropriate order or direction, the respondent be directed to issue the pay fixation at par with the persons of corresponding seniority in the select list of pharmacist as of July 2012. (d) By appropriate order or direction respondents be
directed to extend the benefits to the petitioners, granted to similar situated candidates vide order dated 11.02.2020 issued by Additional Director, Medical And Health Service, Rajasthan in compliance of order dated 27.11.2017 passed by the Hon'ble High Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10539/2016 Lakh Singh & Ors. Vs. State. (e) By appropriate order or direction, respondents be directed to decide the Representation dated 15.10.2020 submitted by the Petitioners in light of the Judgment dated 27.11.2017 passed by the Hon'ble High Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10539/2016 Lakh Singh & Ors. Vs. State. (f) Any other appropriate order or direction deemed just and proper by the Hon'ble High Court may also be passed in favour of the petitioners and in the interest of Justice. (g) The cost of the writ petition may also be quantified in favour of the petitioners.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved in the instant case has already been decided by this Court vide order dated 08.02.2012 passed in the case of Ashok Kumar Baser Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6707/2007) decided on 08.02.2012 and thereafter, in a similar matter, where the writ petition was filed by one Shri Lakh Singh (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10539/2016) decided on 27.11.2017, directions have been given to the petitioner in the said case to make a representation before the State-respondents with further directions to decide the representation by speaking order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has made a limited prayer that accordingly, similar liberty may be granted to the petitioner to submit representation before the respondents.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation in respect of his grievances before the respondents, who shall consider and decide the representation strictly in accordance with law within a period of 60 days from the receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
