Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is better placed if not similarly placed than the accused who has been granted bail in CRM (M) 1798 of 2026. State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused who has been granted bail. Accordingly petitioner be released on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Rakesh Mondal in CRM (M) 1798 of 2026. Accordingly, CRM (M) 2232 of 2026 is allowed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
