Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 13.06.2025, has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No.46 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 308(5)/ 308(4) of BNS, 2023 and Section 17 of the CLA Act. 3. From perusal of the record, it appears that earlier the prayer for bail of the applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 26.09.2025, passed in B.A. No.8872 of 2025. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that complete set of F.I.R along with its enclosures have been annexed with the present bail application and there is no suppression on his/ her part. Innocence of the applicant has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted that the F.I.R has been lodged after 15 days of the incident and further, there is no allegation of transaction of money. This applicant has been roped in on the basis of confession of the co-accused. The investigation is complete. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been renewed. 5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail stating that this applicant has criminal antecedents. 6. Considering the materials available in the present case - 1 - B.A. No.11016 of 2025 2026:JHHC:2381 and the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No.46 of 2025, on the condition that the applicant will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and his mobile number before the learned trial court which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
