appearing for the respondent-State; and Sri. L. Raja,
learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 3.
2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the
order dated 17.03.2023 passed by respondent No.1- Deputy Commissioner in case No.R.P.115/2015 (Annexure- G) and order dated 10.03.2022 passed by respondent No.2-Tahsildar in case No. RRCR.343/2021-22 (Annexure- H).
3. Taking into consideration that the impugned
order at Annexure-G is an order of remand passed by respondent No.1-Deputy Commissioner, directing the respondent No.2-Tahsildar to take a fresh decision in the matter after examining the original records available on record, I am of the opinion that the respondent No.2-Tahasildar has taken decision and therefore, no interference is called for in this writ petition.

4. Sri. Shankaranarayana Bhat N., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that interference with the subject land has been made by the respondent authorities after a period of sixty years. However, I am of the view that the petitioner is required to establish his right over the property in question before the competent civil Court and thereafter approach the revenue courts if need arises.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
