HRTC  Vs  Priyanka Devi & others CMP No. 6828 of 2026 in FAO No. 298 of 2018 30.04.2026 Present: Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, Advocate, vice Mr. Vikas Rajput, Advocate, for the appellants/non­ applicants. Mr. Uday Singh Banyal, Advocate, for the respondents No. 1 to 3/applicants, namely Ms. Priyanka Devi, Ms. Riya @ Isha Sharma and Ms. Deha @ Diya Sharma. By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of compensation along with up to date interest, falling in the share of the present applicants, in a decided matter. The main case has been decided by this Court, vide judgment dated 09.04.2025. 2. Thereafter,   the   applicants   have   moved   an application on 18.08.2025. with a prayer to discharge their guardian, on the ground that during the pendency of the lis, all the three applicants have now attained majority. 3. Notice   of   the   application   was   issued   to   the non­applicants.  Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, Advocate, appears and   waives   service   of   notice   on   behalf   of   the   non­ applicants. 4. In view of the no objection made by learned vice   counsel   for   the   non­applicants/appellants,   the present   application   is   allowed   and  the   amount   of compensation, falling in their share, as per the award, along with up to date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants, by remitting the same to their   bank   accounts,   particulars   of   which   have   been mentioned in para No. 6 of the application.
