Today, the matter has been mentioned and it is submitted that she did not appropriately understand at the time of call that the matter had been called on and accordingly had not appeared when the matter was called on. 2. Having regard to the peculiar state of affairs prevailing, by consent of the parties, the order dated 10.02.2026 stands recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original file and number. 3.
