During the pendency of the proceedings, the parties have entered into a Deed of Agreement dated 21 September, 2026. A photocopy of the Deed of Agreement be kept with the records. 3. In view of the above, nothing survives in the appeal. 4. FAT 387 of 2018 stands disposed of in terms of the Deed of Agreement dated 21 September, 2026. 5. The cooling period in terms of section 28 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954 stands relaxed to the extent that since the parties have been living separately from the 2009, the statutory embargo for filing of such appropriate application before the concerned District Judge 2 would stand relaxed.
