Vide judgment dated 02.01.2026 passed in CWP No.20985 of 2025, case at hand was ordered to be disposed of in light judgment dated 29.11.2024, passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in case titled as Mohit Sharma and Another Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Others, whereas same was to be decided in terms of judgment dated 07.04.2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh Thakur Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Others (Annexure P-3). In the afore background, present application has been filed for carrying out necessary corrections. Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed and judgment dated 02.01.2026 is modified to the extent that representation (Annexure P-4) shall be decided in light of judgment passed in Inder Singh Thakur (supra), instead of Mohit Sharma. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the judgment dated 02.01.2026 in terms of instant order. Application stands disposed of.
