This Court has perused the contents of the complaint, the grounds urged in the petition as well as the submissions by the learned senior counsel. 3. It is submitted that the complaint was filed on 09.07.2025. Thereafter, pursuant to the notice issued by the police the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and the petitioner was made to sit in the police station from morning till evening and the investigation is not yet completed. 5. It is further submitted that, not a single rupee is credited to the account of the petitioner as alleged. It is also submitted that the petitioner is not named in the complaint and the FIR. 6. Learned Additional SPP would submit that the offence alleged is a cyber crime. The matter requires thorough investigation. 7. It is also submitted on behalf of the respondent that the petitioner has not appeared before the police till 07.08.2026 and his first appearance was on 07.08.2026 and the investigation shall be conducted in accordance with law. The learned senior counsel by way of reply would submit that the petitioner has cooperated with the investigation. It is also submitted that the petitioner is resident of Hubli and the complaint is registered before South East CEN Police, Bengaluru. 9. Under these circumstances, when the petitioner appears before the police station pursuant to the notice by the Investigating Officer, the Investigating Officer shall carry out the investigation, and the petitioner/accused shall not be called to visit the police station when his presence is not required. 10.
