The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of communication dated 29.04.2026, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 issued by the Conservator of Forests, Mandi Forest Circle, Mandi, reveals that the petitioner has been offered the appointment on the post of Mali in Kunihar Forest Division in the revised pay rules of the Pay Matrix, Level-1, Cell No.-1 i.e. Rs.18,000/- (Pre-revised scale of Rs.4900-10680+1300 GP), in compliance with the Labour Court Award dated 30.06.2015, passed in Ref. No.60/2013 as well as the judgment dated 24.04.2025, passed in CWP No.2200 of 2016, and he has been asked to report for duty along with the requisite certificates in the office of DFO Kunihar on or before 14.05.2026. 3. Since the directions contained in the award passed by the Labour Court has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it made clear that in case the petitioner is not permitted to join in sequel to the communication dated 29.04.2026, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition. 3 4.
