This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 01/12/2025 passed by the respondent no. 3 bearing no. 5592/Zi. Pa./PMAY (G)/2025-26 (Annexure P/1). 10.2 Any other relief(s)/order(s)/ direction(s) in favour of petitioner, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Cost of the petition may kindly be awarded to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was employed as technical assistant on contractual basis and was working at Zila Panchayat Kairagarh vide impugned order Annexure P-1. He has been removed from service, by giving one month notice making certain adverse allegation. Petitioner thereafter had submitted representation before the concerned authority against the order dated 01.12.2025 which is pending consideration. 3 / 3 3. Learned counsel for State submits that respondent authorities have considered the representation submitted by petitioner against the order Annexure P-1 and petitioner was issued letter to appear before concerned authority on 05.01.2026 along with all other relevant documents. Petitioner has already submitted representation/appeal which is under consideration and therefore, writ petition at this stage is premature. 4. At this stage, counsel for petitioner submits that in view of submission made by learned counsel for respondent–State this writ petition may be disposed of directing respondent no. 5 to take decision on pending representation/appeal in accordance with law at the earliest. 5. In view of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties and further letter dated 26.12.2025 issued by Deputy Commissioner Pradhan Mantriya Awas Yojana Gramin, Chhattisgarh to the petitioner fixing a date of 05.01.2026 for hearing on representation/appeal, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing Deputy Commissioner to take decision on representation/appeal, in accordance with law within an outer limit of 04 weeks from the date fixed for hearing. 6.
