This correction shall be incorporated in the order dated September 23, 2026. The last order dated September 23, 2026 speaks for itself. Today Mr. Subhrangsu Panda, learned Advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors has placed the order for recommendation dated September 23, 2026 2 before this Court, a copy whereof is taken on record. Copy has also been served upon Mr. Sujay Bandyopadhyay, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner in Court today. The recommendation order shows that, the petitioner has been recommended for the post of the Principal of Sukumar Sengupta Mahavidyalaya, Keshpur, Paschim Medinipur. In view of the above nothing further survives in this contempt application. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding, CPAN 978 of 2026 stands dropped and closed.
