By presenting this writ petition, inter alia, petitioner has expressed grievance in investigating Barabazar Police Station Case No.17/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 and Barabazar Police Station Case No.18/2026 dated 30th January, 2026. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that aforesaid two FIRs were lodged at Barabazar Police Station, Purulia, one by the police authority and another by petitioner. 3. State respondents and private respondents are represented by learned advocates. 4. Learned advocate representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 20th September, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Barabazar Police Station, Purulia and same is taken on record. Copies of the said communication are made over to learned advocates representing petitioner and private respondents. [2] 5. It is disclosed in the said communication that on completing investigation in aforesaid two criminal prosecutions charge-sheets dated 18th September, 2026 and 19th September, 2026 were filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. 6. In view of filing of charge-sheet, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and the same is disposed of. 7. However, this order shall not preclude petitioner to approach appropriate forum in pursuit of remedy. 8.
