Matter is taken up for consideration in terms of order dated 7th September, 2026 when respondent no. 4 being wife of petitioner is represented by learned advocate. 2. State respondents are represented by Mr. Mazumder, learned Additional Advocate General. 3. Having heard the parties it appears that petitioner is the owner of flat in question which comes under the jurisdiction of Baguiati Police Station. It is contended on behalf of petitioner that though prayer is made before Court below for judicial separation at the instance of petitioner but petitioner needs to be permitted 2 to enter into his flat since petitioner is owner of the said flat. 4. Such submission made on behalf of petitioner being owner of flat is not disputed by the learned advocate representing respondent no. 4. 5. Since petitioner is the owner of flat in question, petitioner shall be permitted to enter into his flat and stay there. If petitioner is prevented in that event petitioner shall be at liberty to approach Inspector-in-Charge, Baguiati Police Station being respondent no. 3 for taking necessary steps and respondent no. 3 on receiving application from petitioner shall take steps accordingly which would enable the petitioner to stay at his flat. 6.
