By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner No.1 seeks a direction to the Respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Pune to consider the proposal dated 12th May 2025 submitted by Petitioner No.3- Vidyalay, seeking permanent approval of the appointment of Petitioner No. 1 as ‘Assistant Teacher’. 3. Petitioner No.1 was appointed on the post of an ‘Assistant Teacher’ in Petitioner No.3’s Vidyalay on 13th June 2022. Thereafter, Petitioner No.2’s Management submitted the proposal for approval of her appointment to Respondent No.2. Despite numerous reminders, Respondent No.2 has failed to take any decision on the same and hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 402_WP_11125_2026.DOC 4. Considering the averments made in the Petition and the reliefs sought, the Respondent No.2 shall consider the proposal dated 12th May 2025 submitted by Petitioner No.3-Vidyalay, seeking permanent approval to the appointment of the Petitioner No.1 as 'Assistant Teacher', within a period of 4 weeks from today, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties. 5.
