ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief:
“…to issue appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the impugned proceedings of the 5th respondent issued Show Cause Notice 18-3.J.A/2022 Dt.17-02-2023 against petitioner working as Anganwadi Worker, Karuchola-2, Karuchola Village, EdlapaduMandal, Palanadu District, Nadendla ICDS Project Area, Palanadu District as arbitrary, illegal against Art. 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and violation of Principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 5th respondent to continue the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker, Karuchola-2, Karuchola Village, EdlapaduMandal, Palanadu District, Nadendla ICDS Project Area, Palanadu District and pass…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.
3. This Court, vide Order dated 16.03.2023, granted interim suspension of the proceedings dated 17.02.2023 and directed the respondents to continue the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker, pending further orders.
4. No counter has been filed by the respondents.
5. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested that the petitioner be continued as Anganwadi Worker. Pursuant to the interim directions granted vide Order dated 16.03.2023, the petitioner is ready to face the enquiry.

Learned counsel for the respondents also agreed for the same.
7. The respondent authorities are directed to continue the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker pursuant to the interim Order dated 16.03.2023 and proceed with the enquiry, if necessary, pursuant to the show cause notice

dated 17.02.2023, and conclude the same in accordance with law. The petitioner shall continue as Anganwadi Worker till completion of the enquiry, provided no further complaints are received against the petitioner and her services shall be subject to outcome of the said enquiry if any.
8. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
