The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Seraikella Mahila P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024, corresponding to POCSO P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 69 of B.N.S, 2023 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012 and subsequently charge has been framed for the offence under Section 64/65 of B.N.S, 2023 and Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act, pending in the Court of Special Judge (POCSO Act), at Seraikella. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to some local politics and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He further submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 27.12.2024; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by Coordinate Bench of this Court and there are specific allegations against him. 5. Having regard to the allegations made against this petitioner as well as gravity of the charge, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage.
