Faced with this situation, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner be allowed to withdraw this petition, with liberty to agitate the issue raised in this petition, by way of a representation before the Authority concerned and further liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court as and when the cause of action arises.
