Case No. 368 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 109(1), 118(1), 351(2), 352, 126(2), 329(4), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribagh, is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that initially the case was registered under other Sections including Section 109(1) of the BNS. However, after investigation, charge sheet has been submitted under Section 118(1) and other Sections of the BNS. No one was grievously injured in the incidence. There is also case and counter case between both sides. Learned A.P.P. opposed the bail petition. Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
