By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.360/2021 dated 18.10.2021 registered at PS: Kishangarh, Delhi under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to seek appropriate remedies, including filing a fresh application before the learned Trial Court in accordance with law. 3. It is clarified that the learned Trial Court shall deal with the said application afresh in accordance with law, uninfluenced by any previous order(s) passed by this Court.
