Mr. Sachin Kumar Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner. Ms. Priyanka Agrawal, Advocate for the Selecting Body. 2. Petitioner is aggrieved by his non selection. According to him, person who scored lesser marks than petitioner has been recommended for appointment on the post of driver. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made representation to the Secretary, Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) from time to time. He prays that the Secretary concerned be directed to decide the representation. 4. Ms. Priyanka Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for Selecting Body submits that if petitioner makes fresh representation, the same shall be decided within four weeks. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting petitioner to make fresh representation. If he makes such representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by the competent authority as per law, within four weeks thereafter.
