Mr. Fahad Allam, A.P.P. ------ Order No.02 / Dated : 24.03.2026 Heard Mr. Kumar Nishant, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 400 of 2025. It has been alleged that the house of one Manish Nayak was raided and several miscreants including the petitioner, were apprehended and from their possession, brown sugar was recovered. So far as the petitioner is concerned, it appears that the 10 gms. of brown was recovered from his possession, which is an intermediary quantity. The petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he does not have any criminal antecedent. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla in connection with Gumla P.S.
