Petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for bail in view of the petitioner being in custody since 13.07.2024. In respect of another accused, there was a specific direction in CRM(NDPS) 1621 of 2026 (vide order dated 12.08.2026) to complete the evidence of two independent seizure list witnesses within a period of four months from the date of communication of the said order. Having regard to the same principle applying to the present petitioner, at this stage I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Petitioner would adhere to the directions passed in CRM(NDPS) 1621 of 2026 and thereafter approach this Court. 2 The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1983 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
