The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Katras P.S. Case No. 370 of 2025, registered under sections 281, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 351(2), 352, 115(2), 109(1), 132 of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that allegations are made that one Pankaj Singh was driving the vehicle in drunken condition and so far these two petitioners are concerned they were sitting on the said vehicle. He next submits that false allegations are made of making altercation with the police officials. He further submits that the petitioners are in custody since 21.10.2205. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioners were involved in altercation with the police officials. ( 2026:JHHC:972 ) 2 5. Considering that the said vehicle weas driven by one Pankaj Singh and petitioners were sitting on the said vehicle and petitioners are in custody since 21.10.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Dhanbad, in connection with Katras P.S.
