भोजन / निननिदा/2026/790 issued by respondent no. 4. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner's rights under the agreement dated 30.04.2025 and permit the petitioner to continue providing food services to the hospital inpatients in accordance with the work order dated 28.04.2025 vide क्र./ भोजन/2025/955 issue by the respondent no. 4. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court, may deem fit and proper, in the facts and circumstances of the case. 10.4 Cost of the petition.” 2 Heard Mr. Arvind Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. S.S. Baghel, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the State/respondents on I.A. No. 02 of 2026, which is an application for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to institute a fresh comprehensive petition incorporating certain material documents and grounds in the interest of justice. 3 On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application the same is allowed. 4 Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
