1. In WPA 21600 of 2026 petitioner appears in person and in WPA 21766 of 2026 petitioner is represented by learned advocates.
2. Both the writ petitions are taken up for consideration which are preferred by husband and wife separately expressing dissatisfaction in investigation of Nager Bazar Police Station Case No.465/22 dated 10th December, 2022 and seeking mandamus for transferring investigation from present investigating agency to any other independent investigating agency.
3. State respondents are represented by learned advocate who has filed a communication dated 22nd September, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Nager Bazar Police Station and same is taken on record. Copies of communication dated 22nd September, 2026 are made over to the petitioner (in person) and learned advocate representing petitioner.
4. It is disclosed in communication dated 22nd September, 2026 that on completing investigation in aforesaid criminal prosecution charge-sheet dated 2nd January, 2023 was filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. Subsequently petitioner in WPA 21600 of 2026 filed naraji petition and in connection therewith ultimately order was passed for further investigation. On completing further investigation supplementary charge-sheet dated 2nd September, 2026 was also filed before jurisdictional Magistrate.
5. In view of filing of charge-sheet and supplementary charge-sheet, no further order need be passed on both the writ petitions and same are disposed of.
6. However, this order shall not preclude petitioners in both the writ petitions to take steps in accordance with law, if so advised.
