ARAVIND - 5 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010636852026 NC: 2026:KHC:52632 WP No. 29264 of 2026 ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed impugning the order dated 15.02.2020, whereby the first appellate Court dismissed R.A.No.24/2015 for its non-prosecution. 2.
