When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel based on instructions submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the wife of the petitioner, 3rd respondent conducted enquiry and closed the CSR No.110 of 2026. 3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed.
