The petitioner has filed the present writ application with the prayer for a direction upon the SIR Tribunal for disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the daughter of the petitioner appeared in the NEET examination and she has cleared the said examination and the counseling is going on but due to deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the daughter of the petitioner is not getting the domicile certificate and due to which, the daughter of the petitioner is not in a position to appear before the counseling. 3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible, 2 preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. 5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Krishna Rao, J.)
