The motorcycle subsequently was recovered on pointing out by the petitioner. The petitioner appears to have some criminal antecedents, as stated by the learned APP. However, considering the fact that the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2025, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Katras P.S.
