2. The present restoration application has been filed by the petitioner for restoration of the writ petition (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15908/2025). The writ petition was dismissed for non compliance of the order dated 22.01.2026 passed by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court and the order dated 24.02.2026 passed by the Registrar (Judicial).

Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to file requisite PF & notices for unserved respondents within a stipulated period.
4. For the reasons mentioned therein, and on the undertaking by learned counsel for the petitioners, the application is allowed and the writ petition be restored to its original number.
