CRMPM-712 of 2026 For the reasons stated in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, this Court finds no impediment in accepting the prayer, especially when delay caused in maintaining accompanying appeal does not appear to be intentional or willful, rather same has occurred on account of circumstances, which were completely beyond the control of the applicant, as such, the same deserves to be condoned. In view of above, delay, which has been otherwise sufficiently explained is condoned. The application is disposed of. Cr. Revision No._________ of 2026 (Cr.RST2306/26) Be registered. Notice to respondent be issued, returnable within six weeks, on taking steps within one week. In the meanwhile, record of the learned Court below be called for. Cr.MP No. of 2026 (Cr.MPST2309/26) Notice in aforesaid terms. Reply, if any, be filed on or before next date of hearing. In the meantime, substantive sentence imposed by the learned court below shall remain suspended, subject to applicant’s depositing 50% of compensation amount, which shall also include amount, if any, already deposited and furnishing personal bonds in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court within a period of six weeks, with condition that the applicant shall appear in the court as and when directed and shall surrender to serve out the sentence imposed, in case the revision is ultimately dismissed.
