Since then, there has been no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 2. Taking note of the said non-appearance, this Court, on 07.01.2026, directed the matter to be listed on 08.01.2026 under the caption ‘For Dismissal’. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 18.06.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Y.R.Sai Adarsh, learned counsel, would submit that Mr.U.Manivarun, learned counsel for the petitioners, is no more, and that in the interregnum period, charge sheet is filed and liberty may be given to challenge the charge sheet before the appropriate forum. 4. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State/respondent No.1, also submits that the charge sheet is filed and the trial has commenced. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary.
