Considering that the Petitioners themselves have received notice from a Civil Court in a Title Suit No.118 of 2026 on 29.07.2026, for trying to illegally lay a road over an adjoining land owners cultivated land, forcibly, we expressed our disinclination. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners sought a pass over before lunch in order to take proper instructions. After lunch, he submits on instructions that the Petitioners desire to withdraw this Petition. 3. In view of the above, this Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4. We make it clear that if the present Petitioners or any of such similarly situated persons take up the same cause before any other forum or authority, the locus of the Petitioners would be tested and the issue is kept open.
