This 2nd bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with FIR No.166/2025 registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Dausa for the offences under Sections 5, 6 and 8 of the Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Act, 1995. 2. First bail application filed by the accused-petitioner bearing S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.550/2026 was dismissed vide order dated 27.01.2026 looking to the pendency of number of criminal cases against the present accused-petitioner of similarl nature. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner has not been able to point out any material change in the circumstances so as to persuade the Court to re-consider for bail. Since, there is no material change in circumstances after dismissal of the first bail application, the Court finds no ground to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 5.
